Who We Are

Preferred Home Care of New York

We are one of the agencies that were selected by the DOH as Lead FI for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP). Preferred Home Care services over 9,000 patients of which over 2,500 are currently CDPAP consumers. Our strong infrastructure along with our comprehensive CDPAP policies and procedures is what we firmly believe helped in our selection as a Lead Fiscal Intermediary. We have the staff, technology, and resources to support a rapidly expanding CDPAP client base. 

My mother has a difficult time getting around her apartment, cleaning, cooking, and doing everyday activities. After contacting several home care companies, I chose Preferred Home Care because of the way that I was treated. I was impressed with their personal touch and I was confident that they would be able to properly care for my mother. I was right! My mother is happy, I am happy and they have done a wonderful job.
